As your health and wellness coach, I'm here to support you, while you navigate this reality, so you don't lose sight of yourself. You will learn how to BEAT STRESS and stop it from running your life!

Your Health and Wellness Coach
I am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a passion for helping professional women step out of a state of chronic stress into optimal health and wellbeing.
I offer concrete tools to handle stress that enable people to carve out the time to care for themselves with as much passion as they care for their loved ones.
In our work together, we will examine the underlying factors driving the specific stress-related health and wellness concerns YOU bring up. These could be anything from your relationships, your career path, or how effectively you carve out time for a workout, a healthy meal, or a self-care practice. I will share with you a research-based methodology called Positive Intelligence, developed by Shirzad Chamine of Stanford University, which is designed to improve mental fitness that allows for mindful navigation of stressful life situations, so you can meet your challenges with greater ease.
The specific health and wellness issues that YOU consider the most important will be front and center. We will set specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-bound (SMART) goals and focus on actionable steps that address YOUR questions. Together, we will practice systematic accountability methods designed for long-term maintenance of behavior change.
Throughout your journey, we will discover the solutions that work for YOU, so you can show stress who is the boss!
